  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • All orders are only for shipping & delivery within Malaysia. House unit, street names and postcode must be correct and accurate.

  • We ship & deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia. If you required shipping & delivery to more than one address, you will need to make a separate order for each address.
  • All parcels are delivered by courier service unless it is a self-pickup/ delivery arrangement via Grab Express, Lalamove or similar same-day delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for re-delivery. The order is considered complete if there is no reply at all for 7 days. After 7 days, re-delivery is applicable depending on stock availability or refund will be issued should stock went out
  • All parcel order which are entitle for FREE SHIPPING within Malaysia will be delivered under Easy Parcel services & appointed courier by WASL Malaysia based on drop-off location/ services provided by courier services. Any other request other than non-appointed courier is subject to additional charges due to handling and transportation cost.
  • For orders in Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia, we encourage you to purchase ready stock directly from our Authorise Resellers in Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
  • For other International addresses, please email us at International shipping fee is subject to parcel weight and differs by destination. Custom charges may applies, subject to respective country Custom Rates.


Delivery Lead Time

  • Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
  • Confirmed orders will be processed within the next three (3) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  • Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
  1. Peninsular Malaysia : 2-3 business working days.*
  2. Sabah & Sarawak : 7-14 business working days.*
  3. International address: 10-14 business working days.*
  • During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
  • For festive seasons, please place your order 5 (five) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.

Return & Refund Policy


Don’t think WASL Tasbih Vibrate is right for you? There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from WASL Malaysia and it’s authorized resellers:

  • You have 07 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please ensure your tasbih is functioning well (LED light, vibration and button).
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from WASL Malaysia, either online at or through it’s authorized resellers, can be returned to WASL Malaysia. For product purchased through other online platform such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Ikhlas by AirAsia, TheNoor app, Tabung Haji Travel & Services and also resellers outside Malaysia must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Wear and tear over time of usage such as broken unit or torn elastic band.
  • Human error/ negligence by users such as broken, excessive exposure to sunlight that may cause the battery drainage or exposure to deep water such as swimming pool, washing machine and others that may damage to the unit and its battery.
  • Gift box, Gift Cards and any free gift that comes along with the purchase.


How To Return An Item?

  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with packaging and battery that were included when you received it. Must be within 07 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • Provide the following and send to us via email to or Whatsapp us at +6011 2600 6704;

  1. Photo/ video of the product and specify it’s issue (Must be factory defect such as LED, vibration and button. We do not accept product damage caused by wear and tear/ human error/negligence).
  2. Proof of purchase such as Order Confirmation/ Invoice/ Bank transfer payment slip.

  • Our Customer Service representative will get in touch with you and provide you the Print Return Label which you may need to print and pack the product with bubble wrap and in a sealed courier bag and drop-off at the nearest courier assigned to you as per your location.



Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

WASL Malaysia believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

The operation of our Website may at any time, with or without prior notice, be temporarily suspended or interrupted for any reasons whatsoever, including but not limited to technical maintenance works (whether routine or non-routine), server or error correction, upgrade or other changes, or for any interference or other factors outside of our control. WASL Malaysia does not ensure that any files or other data downloaded from the Website are free from viruses, malware, trojan horses and other harmful pro-active systems.
  • WASL Malaysia provides a variety of payment features for the user’s comfort and shall endeavour to ensure timely processing of your payment. Where payments involve transfer via online bank accounts and/or involve debit cards and/or credit cards, WASL Malaysia cannot guarantee and makes no representations or warranties as to how long it will take to process the payment as the payment features may be provided by third parties and there are many factors beyond WASL Malaysia’s control.

Formation of Contract

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Placing a product in your cart will also not constitute acceptance of your order or even after checkout of your order.
  • A contract between WASL Malaysia and you for the purchase of the products will only be formed when we send you an email notification that your order has been accepted and the transaction is complete.


Title & Risk of Products

  • Once a contract is formed, the full legal and beneficial title (ownership) in a product shall transfer to you upon WASL Malaysia receiving the full payment of the product in full and after shipping out the product. Thereafter the risk and responsibility shall remain with you. For the avoidance of doubt, WASL Malaysia reserve all rights to absolutely decline any transaction without stating any reasons whatsoever.
  • Since WASL Malaysia engages third parties to deliver your products, you acknowledge that you are fully assuming all risks in relation to any purchase transactions done while using the Website. You acknowledge that you are also assuming the risks or liability or harm of any kind in connection with subsequent activity of any kind relating to the products, which includes but shall not be limited to any risks in relation to the delivery of the products or services.
  • WASL Malaysia shall not be responsible or be held liable for any losses, damages, demands, claims, errors, inaccuracies, business disruptions, delays in delivery of the products or costs incurred of any kind that may arise in connection with or as a result of any such risks.
